Caves de Marsigny is a unique Crémant specialist nestled deep in the ancient underground quarries near Bailly in Burgundy’s Auxerre region. Since 1972, they've produced traditional-method sparkling wines in naturally cool, humid tunnels; delivering refined effervescence with classic Burgundian purity and finesse. Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this crémant is pale gold with delicate mousse; opening with crisp aromas of cut apple, lime zest, orange peel and white peach. The palate offers dried lemon, dandelion and stone, framed by a creamy texture and gentle acidity. Inviting, elegant, and refreshing.
